Frank Cassar established FDC Building Designs in 2009, after 9 years of previously working with various architects, small prestigious building companies and volume builders. Frank then knew it was time to take a step forward and branch out on his own to deliver a personalised experience to each one of his clients.

 

  Now with over 20 years experience, FDC Building Designs is a multi award winning building design and drafting company in the residential market within Melbourne and inner regional areas.  We pride ourselves on quality customer service to build long lasting relationships that go beyond the finished project. 

 

Our bespoke designs vary from new homes, extensions/renovations, unit developments, carport/garage, backyard remodels including verandahs, decks & pools/spas. 

At FDC Building Designs we are committed to making the process for our clients as stress free as possible, therefore we also offer the service of obtaining relevant permits on our clients behalf through our various preferred consultants.

Our one off clients come from referrals, mostly word of mouth. We have also built reputable relationships with Landscape architects, Spa and pool companies, builders/developers and many others that refer their clients to us.
